Most full kitchen remodels take 6 to 12 weeks from design approval. Bathrooms are usually shorter, and casitas, additions and whole-home remodels take longer. You’ll have your own timeline before work begins.
Most Valley lots have room for one, but setbacks, zoning and HOA rules decide the size and placement. We check those on our first visit and handle the permits.
